摘要
本文报道了贵州蜘蛛目1新纪录科——隐石蛛科Titanoecidae Lehtinen,1967,其成员白斑隐蛛Nurscia albofasciata(Strand,1907)发现于贵阳.在此之前,该科在中国记录有4属13种,但未有任何一种分布于贵州省的报道.本文对白斑隐蛛进行了重新描述并提供了该种活体生态照片、外形及外生殖器彩色图版,制作了该物种在贵阳的地理分布图.同时提取该物种的基因组,扩增测序得到了其DNA条形码——COI(线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶Ⅰ亚基基因)部分序列,作为分子标记留待后续研究.
The spider family Titanoecidae is reported from Guizhou Province for the first time.The species Nurscia albofasciata(Strand,1907)is redescribed and photographed based on new materials from Guiyang City.Pictures of live specimens and a distribution map for N.albofasciata in Guiyang are given.DNA barcodes(a partial fragment of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene,COI)of Nurscia albofasciata were obtained for species identification and future use in molecular studies.
