摘要
为实现工程企业管理工作数字化、规范化、流程化,最大限度解放管理人员的生产力,提高管理质量和资源利用率。文中从工程企业综合管理的实际出发,通过引入数据挖掘理念,应用实施综合管理在线系统,深入推进数字化企业的有力举措,满足各管理层级的信息获取需要,提供各层面、多维度的决策看板,改善企业运营行业的合理性、运营活动的有序性、内部控制的有效性、数字化系统的可靠性,使企业管理者能及时获取管理信息,发现企业管理的问题和薄弱点,促进企业管理流程和改善企业价值增值,并确定未来的管理重点或者具体管理事项,实现企业高质量发展。
In order to realize the digitization,standardization and flow of management work about engineering enterprises,maximize the productivity of management,improve management quality and resource utilization.Starting from the actual situation of comprehensive management of engineering enterprises,through introducing advanced concepts,the integrated management online system was applied and implemented.It is an effective measure to further practice of the digital enterprises,to meet the needs of management information acquisition at different levels,and to provide decision-making Kanban at different levels and dimensions.Assessment and evaluation of the rationality of business operations,the orderliness of business activities,the effectiveness of internal control and the reliability of digital systems enable business managers to obtain timely management information,identify problems and weaknesses in business management,promote the improvement of business processes and value added of enterprises.To achieve high-quality development of enterprises,key points or focus of the future management are determined.
