摘要
形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)具有获取途径广、记忆温度可控且范围广、生物相容性优异以及可降解等优点。为了探究SMPU在纺织服装领域的应用,首先简要分析了SMPU的结构特点以及形状记忆原理;重点介绍了SMPU在纺织服饰领域的应用研究进展,包括SMPU纤维与纱线的制备、SMPU织物的防水透湿、褶皱回复与褶裥保持性、SMPU在服饰的形体适应、生物医用纺织品以及其他方面的应用;未来针对SMPU的研究工作将集中于提高SMPU形变回复率、回复速度、临界记忆温度的精度以及其抗菌、抗紫外线、耐酸碱等性能,本文为纺织服饰通过SMPU材料实现功能化、智能化的进一步研究提供参考依据。
Shape memory polyurethane(SMPU)has the advantages of wide access,wide controllable memory temperature,excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability.To explore the application of SMPU in the field of textiles and apparel,the structure characteristics and shape memory principle of SMPU were briefly analyzed,and then the factors affecting the shape memory performance of SMPU were discussed.This review focuses on the applications of the SMPU in the field of textiles and apparel,including the preparation of SMPU fiber and yarn,waterproof and breathable property of fabric,wrinkle recovery and pleat retention property of fabric,fitting property of apparel and biomedical textiles.Finally,the outlook of the future development of SMPU in the field of textiles and apparel was made,including improving the deformation recovery rate and recovery speed of SMPU,the accuracy of critical memory temperature,as well as its antibacterial,UV resistant,acid and alkali resistant properties.This article provides a reference basis for further research on the functionalization and intelligence of textile clothing through SMPU materials.
