基于气凝胶材料的保暖服装设计与评价 被引量:1

Design and evaluation of thermal clothing based on aerogel material

摘要 气凝胶保温隔热性能极好,但封装后的材料透湿透气性差、不耐弯折的缺点限制了其在功能服装中的应用。针对这一问题,对气凝胶材料进行打孔处理以提高其透湿透气性,并将气凝胶材料与气凝棉絮片作为内芯填充在面料内,用拉链封口后作为可拆卸装置,以此提高其穿着耐用性,最后用魔术贴将可拆卸装置固定在服装外表面,以此研发了一款具有保暖功能的气凝胶服装。在低温环境进行真人穿着实验,比较在静坐和快走过程中穿着常规棉服与气凝胶服装时,人体平均皮肤温度、衣内温湿度、主观冷暖感觉、主观湿感觉4个方面的差异性。研究结果表明:相比常规棉服,穿着气凝胶服装时人体的体表温度变化更稳定,在中强度代谢产热过程中气凝胶服装的隔热效果更明显;动、静态实验中气凝胶服装衣内湿度与主观湿感觉均在舒适范围内。实际生产中可采用此方法设计兼备保暖性与透湿性、便于清洁和多元组合的气凝胶服装。 Aerogel has excellent thermal insulation properties,but the shortcomings of the encapsulated material,such as poor moisture and air permeability and lack of bending resistance,limit its application in functional garments.In order to address this problem,The aerogels were drilled to improve its moisture permeability and air permeability,and the aerogel material and aerogel cotton wadding was filled as the inner core in the fabric,and then zipper sealing was used as a removable device to improve the durability of wearing,and then Velcro was used to fasten the removable device to the outer surface of the garment,so as to develop a warm function garments.Real-world wearing experiments were carried out in a low-temperature environment to compare the performance of aerogel in meditation and brisk walking,and the performance of aerogel in sitting and walking were compared.The experiment was conducted in a low-temperature environment to compare the differences in average skin temperature,temperature and humidity inside the garment,subjective warmth and cold sensation,and subjective wetness sensation between the conventional cotton garment and the aerogel garment when wearing the garment during meditation and brisk walking.The results show that the temperature change of the body surface in aerogel clothing is more stable compared with conventional cotton clothing,and the thermal insulation effect of aerogel clothing is more obvious in the process of medium-intensity metabolic heat production,and the humidity and subjective wetness in the aerogel clothing in the dynamic and static experiments are all in the comfortable range.This method can be used to design aerogel garments with both warmth and moisture permeability,and at the same time,it is easy to clean and use multiple combinations.
