摘要
我国城市水环境治理已进入以环境质量控制为目标的系统性治理阶段。全面梳理了在传统水环境治理背景下的污水处理厂、排水管网、河湖等方面的治理成效和不足,从管理机制、治理模式与技术支撑体系深入分析了造成当前城市水环境治理问题及其成因,在统筹水资源、水环境与水生态的治水背景下展望我国城市水环境治理的转变方式,以期为我国城市水环境系统治理提供思路。
In China,the treatment of urban water environment has entered the systematic treatment stage that is aimed to control environmental quality.It summarized the effects and deficiencies of water environment treatment in the background of traditional treatment,which include wastewater treatment plant,pipe network,river and lake,etc.It analyzed the causes that led to the problems and dilemmas of urban water environmental treatment from the perspective of management mechanism,governance model and technical support system.It provided ideas for the transformation of urban water environment rehabilitation in China.
