摘要 为促进节能减排,提高机组的经济效益和社会效益,华能瑞金电厂二期扩建工程(2×1000 MW超超临界二次再热机组)采用清洁高效二次再热超超临界燃煤发电技术,高效节能带变频发电及回热一体化背压抽汽回热小汽轮机(简称BEST小机)技术,以及五高六低一除氧的12级回热系统,同步建设烟气脱硫和脱硝设施,机组参数从常规的31 MPa/600℃/620℃/620℃提升至31 MPa/605℃/622℃/620℃,结合BEST小机技术,使得机组效率达到49.25%。基于烟气协同治理技术路线,有效降低了氮氧化物、烟尘、二氧化硫、PM_(2.5)等污染物排放浓度,其中脱硫效率高于99.4%,SO_(2)质量浓度小于20 mg/m~3(O_(2)=6%);脱硝效率高于90%,NO_(x)值小于28 mg/m~3(O_(2)=6%)。 In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and improve the economic as social benefits of the unit,the second phase expansion project of Huaneng Ruijin Power Plant(2×1000 MW ultra-supercritical double reheat unit)adopts clean and high-efficient double reheat ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation technology,efficient and energy-saving back pressure extraction steam turbine(abbreviation:BEST small turbine)technology with integrated frequency conversion power generation and system,as well as a 12 stage regenerative system with 5 HP heaters,6 LP heaters,and 1 dearator.The flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities were built at same time,and the unit parameters has been increased from the conventional 31 MPa/600℃/620℃/620℃to 31 MPa/605℃/622℃/620℃,and BEST small turbine technology has been adopted,achieving a unit efficiency of 49.25%;The flue gas collaborative treatment technology route is adopted to minimize the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides,particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,PM_(2.5),etc.,with the desulfurization efficiency of more than 99.4%and SO_(2)concentration of less than 20 mg/m 3(O_(2)=6%);The denitrification efficiency shall not be less than 90%,and the NO_(x)value shall not exceed 28 mg/m 3(O_(2)=6%).
