摘要
集成电路是现代信息产业的核心技术,广泛应用于消费电子产品、汽车电子、人工智能、军事国防等领域。目前,我国集成电路产业在国家政策、半导体设备、芯片设计、半导体工艺等方面已经取得显著发展,但在专业人才培养方面存在与行业脱节、创新能力不高等问题。提出建立面向产业导向、面向产业需求核心理论课程、面向产业需求校企融合实践和面向产业需求企业级实训的闭环课程体系,形成“从产业中来,到产业中去”的核心思想;改革优化集成电路基础课程,注重校企融合教学和实训,强化学生的工程实践能力和系统集成能力,构成满足OBE(Outcome-Based Education)教学理念的人才培养体系。
The integrated circuit industry is the core industry in the field of modern science and technology,and is widely used in consumer electronics,automotive electronics,artificial intelligence,military defense and other fields.At present,the integrated circuit industry in our country has made significant improvements in terms of national policies,semiconductor equipment,design capabilities,and process development,but there are problems such as being out of touch with the industry and poor innovation capabilities in terms of professional talent training.This paper proposes to establish a closed-loop curriculum system that is industry-oriented,core theoretical courses oriented to industrial needs,university-enterprise integration practice oriented to industrial needs,and enterpriselevel practical training oriented to industrial needs,forming the core idea of“from industry to industry”.Through reform and optimization of integrated circuit basic courses,focus on school-enterprise integration teaching and practical training,strengthen students’engineering practice ability and system integration ability,and form a talent training system that meets the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)teaching concept.
