面向需求的材料类人才培养模式改革与实践——基于课程思政与产教融合视角 被引量:1

摘要 关键核心材料的自给自足是中国从制造大国向制造强国转型的保障,其产业水平的升级需要一大批知识型、技能型、创新型人才,然而目前国内材料行业普遍存在“就业难”与“人才荒”的结构性矛盾,从材料行业校企信息沟通、企业内质、家庭社会观念等角度分析了人才供需矛盾的形成原因,并基于课程思政与产教融合的视角提出解决上述矛盾的实践路径:基于课程思政转变学生观念,提高学生专业认同感,培养大国工匠精神;基于产教融合培养学生解决实际工程问题的能力,提高人才供给与企业需求之间的契合度。 Self-sufficiency in key materials is the guarantee of China’s transformation from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality.The upgrade of the industrial level needs a large quantity of high-skilled and innovative talents with high knowledge.However,there are structural conflicts between“employment difficulty”and“talent shortage”in domestic material industry.The paper analyzed the reason of the contradiction between supply and demand of talents from aspects of university-enterprise communication,enterprise internal quality,family and social conception.The practice path to solve the above problem is also proposed based on the viewpoint of curriculum ideology and politics,integration between industry and education:Firstly,based on the curriculum ideology and politics,students’ideology can be changed,the major identification can be enhanced,and the great country craftsman spirit can be cultivated.Secondly,students’ability to solve practical problem can be cultivated and the integrating degree between talent supply and demands of enterprise can be increased by integration between industry and education.
