摘要
采用一步溶剂热法制备尖晶石结构MnCo_(2)S_(4)粉体,研究了尿素摩尔比对MnCo_(2)S_(4)的晶体结构、显微形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,尿素作为络合剂对合成粉体的形貌和电极的电化学性能具有显著影响,当尿素摩尔比为10时,MnCo_(2)S_(4)粉体形成了花状结构,相应的电极材料具有最优的电化学性能;在电流密度为1 A/g时,MnCo_(2)S_(4)电极材料具有422.6 F/g的比电容;在20 A/g的电流密度下进行5000次循环充放电后,比电容保留率为96%,库伦效率为104.3%。
MnCo_2S_(4) powders with spinel structures were prepared by one-step solvothermal method,and the effects of the urea molar ratio on the crystal structure,microscopic morphology and electrochemical properties of MnCo_2S_(4) were investigated.The results showed that urea as a complexing agent had a significant effect on the morphology of the synthesized powders and the electrochemical performance of the electrodes;when the urea molar ratio was 10,the MnCo_2S_(4) powders displayed a nanoflower structure,and the corresponding electrode materials had the optimal electrochemical performance;the MnCo_2S_(4) electrode materials had a specific capacitance of 422.6 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g;after 5 000 cycles of charging and discharging at a current density of 20 A/g,the specific capacitance retention was 96% and the coulomb efficiency was 104.3%.
