摘要
住宅架空层景观空间规划设计在城市发展中扮演着重要角色。笔者探讨了该领域的现状与问题,主要关注了住宅架空层景观空间规划、功能多样性、社交性、可持续性、创新性等方面。为解决这些问题,提出了一系列策略,包括住宅架空层合理的空间分配、多层次景观组织、社交空间融入、创新景观元素引入、环保材料与节能设计,以及绿色植被与生态系统维护。
The planning and design of residential elevated floor landscape space plays an important role in urban development.The author explored the current situation and problems in this field,mainly focusing on the challenges of landscape space planning,functional diversity and sociability,as well as sustainability and innovation in residential elevated floors.To address these issues,a series of strategies have been proposed,including reasonable spatial allocation of residential elevated floors,multi-level landscape organization,integration of social spaces,introduction of innovative landscape elements,environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving design,as well as green vegetation and ecosystem maintenance.
