摘要
实验教学能帮助汽车类专业的学生更深刻地理解CAN总线原理,提高其综合实践能力,但许多高校都缺少实验内容适宜的CAN总线实验平台。为解决这一问题,文中设计了一种基于单片机和USB-CAN接口卡的CAN总线实验教学平台。该平台使用两块STM32F407单片机和一个双通道的USB-CAN接口卡构成一个4节点的CAN网络,并在单片机端开发了基于片上外设bxCAN的CAN报文收发程序。该平台可实现CAN数据帧的总线波形测试、CAN总线的广播通信和滤波机制实验。实验测试表明,该CAN总线实验平台便于安排CAN总线实验内容,可满足CAN总线实验教学需求,为大学生创新创业提供了实践平台。
Experimental teaching can help students majoring in automobiles to understand the principle of CAN bus more deeply and improve their comprehensive practical ability.However,many colleges and universities lack CAN bus experi-mental platforms with suitable experimental content.In order to solve this problem,a CAN bus experimental teaching platform based on single-chip microcomputer and USB-CAN interface card is designed in this paper.The platform uses two STM32F407 single-chip microcomputers and a dual-channel USB-CAN intrface card to form a 4-node CAN network,and develops a CAN message sending and receiving program based on the on-chip peripheral bxCAN on the single-chip micro-computer.The platform can realize the bus waveform test of CAN data frames,the broadcast communication of CAN bus and the experiment of filtering mechanism.Experimental tests show that the CAN bus experimental platform is conve-nient to arrange the content of CAN bus experiments,can meet the needs of CAN bus experimental teaching,and provide a practical platform for college students to innovate and start businesses.
