新工科背景下校企协同育人模式探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 食品的质量和安全问题关乎到国计民生,为此,应加大对食品的质量与安全管理力度,加强对相关人才的培养。近几年,全国各高校纷纷设立了“食品质量与安全”专业,大学因自身条件的不同,人才的培养计划与目标也不尽相同,造成了学生在就业方面的差异。文章通过分析新工科背景下食品质量与安全专业校企协同育人模式面临的问题,结合“校企联合”和“以学促用”的新思路,探索出适合新工科背景下食品质量与安全专业校企协同育人模式实践路径。 The quality and safety of food is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Therefore,we should strengthen the quality and safety management of food and strengthen the training of relevant talents.In recent years,Chinese universities have set up food quality and safety major,because of their own conditions,the training plan and goal of talents are also different,causing the difference in employment of students.By analyzing the problems faced by the school-enterprise cooperation education model of food quality and safety major under the background of new engineering,and combining the new ideas of school-enterprise alliance and promoting application by learning,this paper explores the practical path suitable for the school-enterprise collaborative education model of food quality and safety major under the background of new engineering.
