摘要
为解决河南省白沙水库水量供需矛盾,确保当地城镇生活供水、工农业正常生产,带动经济持续发展。本文从流域降雨面雨量、上游已建中小型水库和人类活动等方面对水库水资源短缺成因进行分析,发现三者是造成水资源短缺的主要因素,并对此提出从河南陆浑水库调水的两种输水方案,北线方案主要是尽量利用中部峡谷区域铺设压力管道供水,减少隧洞的长度,进而减少工程投资,南线方案避免了北方方案需要泵站加压的要求,全线采用重力流的有压输水方式。在兼顾目标可达性和投资、水量、运行费用的前提下,研究结果表明从南线调水的方案为最优方案。
In order to solve the contradiction between water supply and demand of Baisha reservoir in Henan Province,ensure the domestic water supply,normal production of industry and agriculture in local cities and towns,and achieve sustainable economic development.This paper analyzes the causes of the shortage of water resources in the reservoir from the aspects of rainfall area rainfill in the basin,small and medium-sized reservoirs built in the upstream and human activities.It finds that the three are the main factors causing the shortage of water resources,and puts forward two water transfer schemes for water transfer from Luhun reservoir in Henan Province.The north line scheme is mainly to make full use of the pressure pipeline laid in the central canyon area to supply water and reduce the length of the tunnel,in order to reduce the project investment.The south line scheme avoids the requirement of pumping station pressurization in the North scheme,and the pressurized water conveyance mode of gravity flow is adopted for the whole line.On the premise of considering target accessibility,investment,water volume and operation cost,the research results show that the scheme of water transfer from the south line is the best scheme.
