摘要
为解决场地狭窄条件下的桥梁承台模板支设难题,提出一种承台混凝土反模板施工技术。通过在基坑内部采用大块整体钢模板浇筑形成混凝土胎模,结合拉森钢板桩作为承台基坑的支护结构,可有效抵抗土体侧压力,相比传统放坡开挖方案具有更高的安全性。依托实际项目案例,总结分析承台混凝土反模板施工工艺的具体流程与操作要点,并详细分析了方案实施的经济效益与工期效益,为类似场地狭窄条件下的桥梁承台施工提供了一种新的技术思路。
In order to solve the problem of formwork support of bridge pile cap under narrow site conditions,a construction technology of concrete reverse formwork for pile caps is proposed.Large integral steel formwork is used to form concrete formwork inside the foundation pit,combined with Larsen steel sheet pile as the supporting structure of the foundation pit of the bearing platform,which can effectively resist the lateral pressure of the soil,and has higher safety than the traditional slope excavation scheme.Based on the actual project case,this paper summarized and analyzed the specific process and operation key points of pile cap concrete reverse formwork construction technology,and analyzed in detail the economic benefits and construction period benefits of scheme implementation,provided a new technical idea for bridge pile cap construction under similar narrow site conditions.
