摘要
地址数据是数字城市和新型智慧城市建设的数据基础,是各类信息承载、共享和融合的纽带。针对地址乱象问题,在分析地址数据现状和相关标准规范的基础上,提出基于业务源的地址数据库多源融合建设、基于应用的动态更新方法研究,并以福州市为例,设计了标准地址数据库建设与更新的总体流程,并详细介绍了标准地址数据库建设、基于标准地址业务协同应用的动态更新及关键技术,通过对民政地名数据、公安二维码地址数据、不动产地址数据进行融合并关联房屋地理实体,建设全市统一的标准地址数据库,基于业务协同平台提供标准地址应用服务并基于民政、公安、不动产、自然资源的业务源实现标准地址数据的动态更新,提升了福州市的地址数据应用价值和公共服务能力。
Address is a basic data of digital city and new smart city,and lots of information is carried,shared and fused by address data.This paper proposed a governmental business-based multi-information fusion method for address database building,updating and application,on the basis of analyzing status data and related standards.Taking Fuzhou as an example,it designs the overall process of database building and dynamic updating by application of address.In addition,it in detail introduces the building of address database and its addition by means of business-collaborative platform.After that,the key technologies of this method are presented.Therefore,the standard address database is built by fusing of geographical name data from civil administration department,two-dimensional code address data from police department,and address data from real estate department.And the business-collaborative platform provides the service of geographic name and dynamic data updating by business data from civil administration department,police department,real estate department and natural resources department.It enhances the application value of address and the public service capacity of city.
