摘要
目的探讨对社区2型糖尿病老年患者采用阿卡波糖片联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果与安全性。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月福清市阳下街道社区卫生服务中心收治的300例社区老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各150例,对照组单一使用阿卡波糖片治疗,观察组采用阿卡波糖片联合瑞格列奈片治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、治疗效果相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率以及治疗后血糖、胰岛功能指标、血脂指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区老年2型糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖联合瑞格列奈治疗可进一步提高治疗效果,改善患者糖脂代谢指标、胰岛功能指标,而且并不会增加不良反应的发生,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community.Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Fuqing Yangxia Street Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide tablets.The treatment effect,treatment effect related indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate,blood glucose,pancreatic islet function indicators,and blood lipid indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acarbose and repaglinide can further improve the treatment effect,improve the indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism and pancreatic islet function in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the community,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
