箱形柱端板节点试验研究

摘要 在装配式钢框架中,工字型钢梁与工字型钢柱之间采用螺栓连接,以避免现场焊接,但在采用箱形柱时,由于结构空间不足,且缺乏实用的设计方法,难以采用螺栓连接梁柱。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种箱形柱的新型端板连接形式,以及该连接形式的三种预制工艺。对四个全尺寸试件进行了测试:其中一个试件受到单轴载荷,另外三个试件使用不同的预制技术构造。在试验结果的基础上,分析了箱式柱端板节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、能量耗散,并比较了不同预制工艺对节点抗震性能的影响,节点旋转主要由柱翼缘凸起引起。所有试件均表现出良好的变形性和延性,初始断裂前层间偏移角大于0.07 rad。预制技术为XW和NW被推荐为首选,具有更好的抗震性能。 In prefabricated steel frame,bolt connection is used between I-beam and I-column to avoid on-site welding,but in box column,due to the lack of structural space and practical design method,it is difficult to use bolt connection beam and column.In order to solve this problem,a new end-plate connection form of box column and three prefabrication processes of the connection form are proposed in this paper.Four full-scale specimens were tested:one was subjected to uniaxial loading and the other three were constructed using different prefabrication techniques.On the basis of the test results,the resistance,stiffness,rotation capacity,energy dissipation capacity and failure mode of the end-plate joint of the box column were analyzed,and the effects of different precast processes on the seismic performance of the joint were compared.The rotation of the joint was mainly caused by the column flange protrusion.All specimens showed good deformability and ductility,and the interlaminar deviation angle was>0.07 rad before the initial fracture.Precast technology for XW and NW is recommended as preferred,with better seismic performance.
