摘要
本文基于设计的6m3-6.4MPa中压深冷低温液氧储罐进行了强度校核和漏热计算,并对中压深冷低温液氧容器的设计和制造难点进行了详细阐述,主要包括筒体的卷制、封头成形、坡口加工、耐压试验及焊接等问题,并提出了液氧容器内表面的严格清洁要求。
The strength check and heat leakage calculation based on the designed medium-pressure cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tank were conducted.The volume of the medium-pressure cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tank is 6m3 and the working pressure is 6.4MPa.The design and manufacturing difficulties of medium-pressure cryogenic liquid oxygen vessels were also elaborated,mainly including the rolling of the cylinder,the forming of the head,the processing of the groove,the pressure test,and the welding.The strict requirements for the internal surface cleaning of the liquid oxygen vessel were proposed.
