摘要
目的探讨以移情为导向的无缝隙护理对急诊科收治的心绞痛患者护理效果的影响。方法以2022年1月至2023年1月中山大学附属第一医院急诊科收治的150例心绞痛患者为研究对象,按抽签法分成对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以移情为导向的无缝隙护理。比较2组的住院时间、心绞痛控制情况、情绪状态、希望水平、生活质量和护理满意率。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1周后,2组的西雅图心绞痛量表评分、积极消极情感量表评分、Herth希望指数量表评分和世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表评分均优于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的护理总满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论以移情为导向的无缝隙护理可缩短心绞痛患者的住院时间,改善其心绞痛控制情况和情绪状态,提高其希望水平、生活质量及护理满意率。
Objective To explore the effect of empathy-oriented seamless nursing on the nursing of patients with angina pectoris admitted to the emergency department.Methods A total of 150 patients with angina pectoris admitted to the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received empathyoriented seamless nursing.The length of hospital stay,angina control,emotional status,hope level,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of intervention,the scores of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire,the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule,the Herth Hope Index,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale in both groups were better than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher rate of overall nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy-oriented seamless nursing can shorten the hospital stay of patients with angina pectoris,and improve their angina control,emotional status,hope level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate.
