摘要
查阅近几年全国各地“乡村振兴高校联盟”建设相关文献综述,精准对接区域乡村振兴发展需求,借助问卷调查法,瞄准区域部分高职院校师生,对组建“乡村振兴高校联盟”的六大关键影响因素进行深入调查研究。从顶层设计制定联盟章程、健全乡村振兴资金供给与保障机制、搭建载体与平台、实施中高端人才引进计划等方面提出组建“乡村振兴高校联盟”的突破路径;地方高校可通过联盟产生耦合效用,创造新的价值增长点。
Based on the literature review on the construction of“University Alliance for Rural Revitalization”in recent years,accurately matching the development needs of regional rural revitalization,this paper aims at the teachers and students of some higher vocational colleges in the region by means of questionnaire survey.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and study on the six key influencing factors of the“University Alliance for Rural Revitalization”.From the top-level design to formulate the articles of the alliance,to improve the supply and guarantee mechanism of rural revitalization funds,to build carriers and platforms,to implement the plan to introduce middle-and high-end talents and other aspects of the establishment of“University Alliance for Rural Revitalization”breakthrough path.Local colleges and universities produce coupling effect and create new value growth point through the alliance.
