摘要
文章主要对移动床轻烃芳构化装置反应器在运行过程中出现的结焦问题进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。通过对反应器的改进和优化,有效地防止了催化剂料腿堵塞问题的发生,提高了装置的平稳运行能力。同时,还提出了一些防止反应器结焦的应对策略。
The paper mainly analyzes the causes of coking problems that occur during the operation of the moving bed light hydrocarbon aromatization reactor and proposes corresponding solutions.Through the improvement and optimization of the reactor,the clogging problem of the catalyst dipleg is effectively prevented,and the stable operation ability of the device is improved.At the same time,this paper also proposes some coping strategies to prevent coking in the reactor.
