摘要
采用Tenax-TA管进行室内空气采集,热解吸仪-气相色谱仪探索同时检测TVOC和苯系物的检测方法。结果显示,正己烷、苯、三氯乙烯、甲苯、辛烯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯、对(间)二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、壬烷、异辛醇、十一烷、十四烷、十六烷能够很好的分离,峰面积和浓度线性关系良好,加标回收率在83.7%~108.8%,实际样品测定的相对标准偏差小于10%。本方法可以实现VOC和苯系物的同时检测,且操作简单、方便、准确、可靠,可以大大提高实验室的工作效率。
Tenax-ta absorption tube was used to collect indoor air samples,TVOC and benzene series were determined simultaneously by Automatic thermal desorption desorption apparatus and gas chromatograph.The experiment confirmed that N-hexane,benzene,trichloroethylene,toluene,octene,butyl acetate,ethylbenzene,p-(m-)xylene,o-xylene,styrene,nonane,isooctanol,undecane,tetradecane,hexadecane were well separated,the good linearities were obtained,the average recoveries were between 83.7%~108.8% and the relative standard deviation of actual samples was less than 10%.It could realize the simultaneous detection of VOC and benzene series.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive,and could greatly improve the efficiency of the laboratory.
