摘要 以自制烷基含氢硅油与烯丙基聚醚为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制备出一种新型的有机硅改性聚醚表面活性剂。表面活性剂的静态表面张力的结果表明,经过烷基改性后的表面活性剂其水溶液的表面张力更低。随后用疏水处理的白炭黑、二甲基硅油及自制的有机硅改性聚醚表面活性剂复配制得硅膏,再与乳化剂、水和增稠剂混合制得消泡剂,并进行了消泡剂的热稳定性、离心稳定性、水分散性和实际应用评价实验。结果表明消泡剂具有良好的消泡及抑泡性能,含氢硅油中烷基的引入可以使消泡剂中疏水基团增长,降低消泡剂其在作用体系中的表面张力,使泡沫趋于不稳定,有利于最终消泡效果。 A new type of organosilicon modified polyether surfactant was successfully synthesized by the combination of self-made alkyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and allyl polyether through hydrosilylation reaction.The results of the static surface tension of the surfactant showed that the surface tension of the aqueous solution of the surfactant modified by alkyl group was lower.Subsequently,silicone paste was prepared by combining hydrophobic treated silica,dimethyl silicone oil,and self-made organosilicon modified polyether surfactant,and then mixed with emulsifier,water,and thickener to prepare the defoamer.The thermal stability,centrifugal stability,water dispersibility and practical application evaluation experiments of the defoamer were conducted.The results showed that he defoamer had good defoaming and foam inhibition properties.The introduction of alkyl group in hydrogen-containing silicone oil can increase the hydrophobic group in defoamer,reduce the surface tension of the defoamer in the system,and make the foam tend to be unstable,which was conducive to the final defoaming effect.
