摘要
针对新建宣城至绩溪高速铁路XJZQ-1标段桥梁桩基工程地质主要为富含地下流动水、粗颗粒超长卵石层、斜岩及蜂窝集群式溶洞等复杂问题,寻找合适的钻孔灌注桩钻孔施工工艺。采用试验桩试验的方法进行研究,主要包括钻孔工艺与实施,以及钻孔成孔分析。通过试验桩研究,获得了不同钻孔工艺的成孔状况,包括成孔率、成孔工效和成桩质量等。“旋挖钻+普通长护筒”钻孔工艺基本能在本工程使用,对“旋挖钻+普通长护筒”工艺进行改进和提高,可望进一步提升钻孔速度和成桩质量。
The pile foundation engineering geology of the XJZQ-1 section of the newly built Xuancheng to Jixi high-speed railway is mainly complicated,such as rich underground flowing water,coarse-grained ultra-long pebble layer,inclined rock and honeycomb cluster karst cave.This paper searches for suitable drilling construction technology of bored pile and conducts study by using the method of test pile test including drilling technology and implementation and drilling analysis.Through the study of experimental piles,the conditions of different drilling processes were obtained,including the rate of hole formation,the efficiency of hole formation and the quality of pile formation.The drilling process of"rotary drilling+ordinary long protection cylinder"can be basically used in this project,and the modification and improvement of the process of"rotary drilling+ordinary long protection cylinder"is expected to further improve the drilling speed and pile quality.
