摘要
研究了一种高精度钨零件的加工方法,针对钨材硬脆性、难加工的特点,通过工艺实验完成了刀具和铣削参数的选择,并对钨材铣削中崩边、掉块的情况给出了解决方案,对表面抛光进行了对比实验,最终确认了合理抛光方案。
A processing method of high-precision tungsten parts was studied.According to the characteristics of hard brittleness and difficult machining of tungsten material,the selection of tools and milling parameters was completed through process experiments.A solution was given to the situation of chipping and falling blocks in tungsten milling.A comparative experiment was carried out on surface polishing.A reasonable polishing scheme was confirmed.
