摘要
随着经济和社会的快速发展,城市黑臭水体问题频发。为解决水污染问题,文章从实践的角度出发,以南京空港经济开发区为例,重点研究区域水环境综合治理措施、成效及经验。研究结果表明:南京空港经济开发区先后通过实施片区雨污分流改造、黑臭河道整治、河道水质提升、智慧水务等工程措施,彻底消除黑臭水体和劣Ⅴ类水体;通过河长制、排水监管、管网动态排查等管理措施,不断提升辖区水环境质量。目前,河道水质稳定达到地表Ⅳ类,湖泊水质稳定达到地表Ⅲ类。本研究对于城镇水环境综合治理工作的开展具有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the problem of black and odorous water bodies in cities is frequent.To solve the problem of water pollution,the article takes the Nanjing Airport Economic Development Zone as an example from a practical perspective,focusing on the comprehensive treatment measures,effectiveness,and experience of regional water environment.The research results indicate that the Nanjing Airport Economic Development Zone has thoroughly eliminated black and odorous water bodies and inferiorⅤtype water bodies by implementing engineering measures such as rainwater and sewage diversion transformation,black and odorous river regulation,river water quality improvement,and smart water management.Continuously improve the water environment quality of the jurisdiction through management measures such as river head system,drainage supervision,and dynamic inspection of pipeline networks.At present,the water quality of rivers is stable and reaches Class IV on the surface,while the water quality of lakes is stable and reaches Class III on the surface.This study has reference significance for the comprehensive management of urban water environment.
