The high quality development of economy and society puts forward higher requirements for the environmental benefits of tunnel engineering.Taking the water inflow of section K60+160—K60+180 of Baoshiling Tunnel as the project background, the negative effects of water environment such as groundwater level drop, surface collapse and house cracking caused by water inrush are summarized.Secondly, the grouting parameter design and grouting construction are carried out.The grouting ring thickness is 4 m,and the slurry is 1∶1 cement slurry with 3%water glass. Finally, the grouting effect is tested by the water inflow, groundwater level and bearing capacity of tunnel lining. The results show that the water inflow decreases from 12.53 m^(3)/(d·m)before grouting to 2.41 m^(3)/(d·m),a decrease of 80.8%.The groundwater level gradually rises from more than 20 m before grouting to about 15 m.The water pressure drop outside the initial lining is 68.6%,and the safety factor is greater than 2.0;It can be seen that the water inflow and the external water pressure of the lining are greatly reduced after grouting, the groundwater level is restored, and the effect of grouting is obvious. The research result provide some reference for the treatment of water environmental effects caused by tunnel excavation.
