摘要
电网物资供应是确保电网高效运行的关键,电网企业现今主要依靠人工经验进行物资供应管理,难以满足物资供应需求,且库存成本居高不下。因此,如何有效控制电网配网物资的库存水位是电网企业亟待解决的关键问题之一。文中结合当前电网配网物资现状,提出一套电网配网物资库存控制方案,并进行仿真模拟计算验证该方案的合理性。仿真结果表明,该方案不仅能确保较高的需求满意度,满足配网物资实际使用需要;同时,相比于传统依据人工经验进行库存水位的设置,能在很大程度上降低库存数量,对电网企业合理节省库存成本有较好的参考价值,有助于电网企业实现高质量发展。
Material supply of power grid is the key to ensure its efficient operation.Nowadays,power grid enterprises mainly rely on manual experience for material supply management,which is difficult to meet the demand of material supply and the inventory cost is high.How to control the inventory level of power grid distribution materials is one of the urgent problems that power grid enterprises have to solve.This paper proposes an inventory control plan of distribution materials based on the current situation of power grid distribution materials.Simulation calculations are conducted to verify the rationality of the plan.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the inventory level calculated using this plan not only has high demand satisfaction,but also makes the inventory quantity fit the actual needs of material use;compared to manual experience setting,it can greatly reduce month end inventory,provide certain reference value for power grid companies to reasonably set the inventory level of distribution network materials and save inventory costs,which is conducive to the high quality development of power grid companies.
