EPC项目管理中的民用建筑给排水系统设计策略

摘要 通过项目需求分析和定位,分析现有条件和限制因素,确定设计目标和要求,并基于民用建筑的给水系统设计,提出了合理布置供水设备、水质保障和供水管网设计等方面的策略。针对EPC项目设计与民用建筑给排水系统施工中的矛盾,讨论了项目目标与时间约束、质量控制与成本约束,以及风险管理与项目可行性之间的平衡,并提出了相应的处理方法。 The paper analyzes existing conditions and limiting factors through project requirements analysis and positioning,and determines design goals and requirements.Based on the design of water supply systems for civil buildings,it proposes strategies for reasonable layout of water supply equipment,water quality assurance,and water supply network design.In response to the contradiction between EPC project design and civil building water supply and drainage system construction,this paper discusses the balance between project objectives and time constraints,quality control and cost constraints,as well as risk management and project feasibility,and proposes corresponding handling methods.
