摘要
石家庄市社区教育师资库建设已初具规模,但师资库结构有待优化,师资供给不足,服务力量不均衡。师资库建设应深挖基层社区需求,加强师资库运行方案顶层设计,建立有效的师资库管理机制,优化师资库师资结构,构建“四维度”考核评价体系,强化师资库激励机制,加大师资库建设的政策支持力度,提高社区教育师资库影响力。
The construction of teacher pools for community education has taken shape in Shijiazhuang city,but its structure needs to be optimized,supply of teachers sufficed and services balanced.Moreover,this paper argues that grassroots communities be explored,top-level design planned,effective management mechanism and a dimensional assessment established.
