摘要
本文基于问卷调查法、数据分析法等,探究社会生态学模型下,中学生校外体育锻炼因素与运动能力的影响机制,旨在培养学生体育学科核心素养、促进提高体质水平。结论:①家庭体育环境与社区体育服务满意度、体育认知、运动能力呈显著正向相关(r=0.280、0.498、0.527,P<0.001);社区体育服务满意度与体育认知、运动能力呈显著正向相关(r=0.414、0.395,P<0.001);体育认知与运动能力呈显著正向相关(r=0.601,P<0.001);②以社会生态学模型为指引,从家庭和社区两个维度,证明了家庭体育环境和社区体育服务满意度对中学生运动能力的直接影响状况,其直接效应占比为61.17%;③体育认知可作为家庭体育环境和社区体育服务满意度的中介因子,对运动能力产生间接影响机制,其中介效应占比为38.83%。
This study utilizes methods such as questionnaire surveys and data analysis to investigate the impact mechanism of extracurricular physical exercise factors on the physical fitness of middle school students within the context of the social ecological model.The goal is to promote the development of core competencies in student physical education and elevate overall fitness levels.Conclusions:(1)The family sports environment exhibits a significantly positive correlation with community sports service satisfaction,sports cognition,and physical fitness(r=0.280,0.498,0.527,P<0.001);community sports service satisfaction shows a significantly positive correlation with sports cognition and physical fitness(r=0.414,0.395,P<0.001);sports cognition is significantly positively correlated with physical fitness(r=0.601,P<0.001);(2)Guided by the social ecological model,this study,considering family and community perspectives,illustrates the direct impact of the family sports environment and community sports service satisfaction on middle school students'physical fitness,with a direct effect proportion of 61.17%;(3)Sports cognition serves as an intermediary factor between the family sports environment and community sports service satisfaction,facilitating an indirect impact mechanism on physical fitness,with an intermediary effect proportion of 38.83%.
