摘要
产品标准是规定需要满足的要求以保证其适用性的文件。人们认为只要按照产品标准执行就能保证控制产品质量水平。实际上往往会出现似是而非的结果,甚至产生错误的判定。本文以皮鞋产品标准QB/T 1002—2015《皮鞋》为例,根据抽查控制理论来解析该产品标准存在的不足,以及生产企业与政府监管部门如何在不违背产品标准的原则下去控制与判定产品质量水平,使产品标准得到正确的应用。
Product standard is a document that stipulates the requirements to be met to ensure its applicability. People think that the product quality level can be guaranteed and controlled as long as it is implemented in accordance with the product standard. In fact, it often leads to specious results and even wrong judgment. This paper took leather shoes product standard as an example, analyzed the shortcomings of the product standard according to the sampling control theory, and discussed the methods for manufacturers and government regulatory departments to control and judge the product quality level under the principle of not violating the product standard, so that the product standard can be correctly applied.
