摘要
习近平“厚植发展优势”经济思想强调发挥“历史主动精神、历史创造精神”,是把“强化现有优势”“发掘潜在优势”和“努力把原有的劣势转化为新的优势”有机统一的比较优势与经济发展思想,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的重要组成部分。这一思想贯穿于习近平从地方到中央的工作实践与理性思考之中,是源于实践的真知的结晶;是对马克思和恩格斯的分工与比较优势辩证关系思想的继承与发展,超越西方比较优势理论,对构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学自主创新知识体系具有重要的理论意义;在新发展阶段,“厚植发展优势”的重点是“全面塑造发展新优势”,即构建体系化综合优势,提高综合竞争力,对加快构建新发展格局具有重要的战略意义。
Xi Jinping's economic thought of"Consolidating development advantages"emphasizes the role of"historical initiative spirit"and"historical creative spirit".It is an organic integration of comparative advantages and economic development thought that strengthens existing advantages,explores potential advantages,and strives to transform original disadvantages into new advantages.It is an important component of Xi Jinping's economic thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.This idea runs through Xi Jinping's work practice and rational thinking from the local to the central level,and it is the outcome of practical wisdom.It is an inheritance and development of Marx and Engels'dialectical relationship between division of labor and comparative advantage,surpassing the Western theory of comparative advantage.It has important theoretical significance for the construction of an independent and innovative knowledge system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.In the new stage of development,the focus of"Consolidating development advantages"is to"comprehensively shape new development advantages",which means building a systematic and comprehensive advantage,enhancing overall competitiveness,and it is of strategic significance for accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.
