摘要
关刺法源自《灵枢·官针》,其临床应用广泛,治疗筋痹效果显著,得到了诸多医家的推崇,但对关刺法的理解众多学者持有不同的观点。本文从关刺法的理论、关刺法与筋痹的关系及关刺法在筋痹中的应用进行阐释,希望为诸位医家提供借鉴,也希望各位学者继承、发扬中医理论与传统刺法,深入挖掘其精髓,以便更好地实践到临床之中。
Guan pricking method is derived from Lingshu·Guan Needle.It has been widely used in clinic and has remarkable effect in treating Jinbi.It has been praised by many doctors,but many scholars hold different views on the understanding of Guan pricking method.This paper expounds the theory of Guan pricking method,the relationship between Guan pricking method and Jinbi,and the application of Guan pricking method in Jinbi,hoping to provide reference for doctors,and hope that scholars can inherit and carry forward the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional acupuncture method,and dig deeply into its essence,so as to better practice it into clinical practice.
