摘要
目的:探析腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者恐惧疾病进展相关影响因素。方法:选取2018年4月—2022年4月第九〇九医院收治的72例腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者。评价所有患者恐惧疾病进展情况,并收集所有患者一般资料。分析所有患者恐惧疾病进展现状,并比较不同一般资料患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分,并对腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者恐惧疾病进展影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果:72例患者FoP-Q-SF评分为29~52分,平均FoP-Q-SF评分为(36.50±4.50)分。社会支持低下、希望水平低下、家庭关怀度障碍及有负面情绪的患者FoP-Q-SF评分高于社会支持良好、希望水平良好、家庭关怀度良好及无负面情绪的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析显示,社会支持、希望水平、家庭关怀度及负面情绪是腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者恐惧疾病进展的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者恐惧疾病进展水平相对较高,社会支持、希望水平、家庭关怀度及负面情绪是其相关的影响因素。
Objective:To explore the related influencing factors of fear disease progression in patients after radical resection of prostate cancer under laparoscopy.Method:A total of 72 patients after radical resection of prostate cancer under laparoscopy were selected from the 909th Hospital from April 2018 to April 2022.Fear of disease progression of all patients was evaluated and general data were collected.The current status of fear of disease progression of all patients was analyzed,and the scores of the fear of progression questionnaire short form(FoP-Q-SF)were compared among patients with different general data,and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of fear of progression in patients after radical resection of prostate cancer under laparoscopy.Result:The FoP-Q-SF scores of the 72 patients ranged from 29 to 52 points,and the average FoP-Q-SF score was(36.50±4.50)points.The FoP-Q-SF scores of patients with low social support,low hope level,family caring disorder and negative emotions were higher than those of patients with good social support,good hope level,good family caring degree and no negative emotions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the social support,level of hope,the degree of family care and negative emotion were the related influencing factors of fear of progression in patients after radical resection of prostate cancer under laparoscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of fear of disease progression is relatively high after radical laparoscopic prostate cancer surgery,and the social support,level of hope,family care and negative emotions are related factors.
