摘要
目的研究在踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合分离治疗中实施手术治疗的价值。方法选取2019年2月—2023年5月安徽省六安市叶集区人民医院收治的踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者60例,通过双盲法将其分成两组,对照组30例实施传统短肌腱移位法治疗,研究组30例实施钢板螺钉固定内外踝、螺钉固定下胫腓手术治疗,对比两组患者骨折愈合时间、临床疗效、踝关节功能。结果研究组骨折愈合时间为(12.46±2.72)周,相比于对照组(16.02±2.76)周较短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.301,P<0.05)。对照组临床有效率低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组踝关节功能相比于对照组较为良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合分离治疗中采用钢板螺钉固定内外踝、螺钉固定下胫腓手术治疗具备良好的应用价值,可以缩短骨折愈合时间,还能够提高疗效,对于踝关节的功能恢复也有着积极影响。
Objective To study the value of surgical treatment in the treatment of ankle fracture combined with lower tibiofibular joint separation.Methods 60 patients with ankle fracture combined with lower tibiofibular union treated in Yeji District People's Hospital of Lu'an City,Anhui Province from February 2019 to May 2023 were selected and di-vided into two groups by double-blind method.30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional short ten-don displacement,and 30 patients in the study group were treated with internal and external ankle fixation with plate screws and lower tibiofibular fixation with screws.The healing time,clinical effect and ankle joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time of the study group was(12.46±2.72)weeks,which was shorter than that of the control group(16.02±2.76)weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.301,P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of control group was lower than that of study group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The ankle function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ankle fracture combined with lower tibiofibular joint separation,the use of plate screw fixation of the inner and outer ankle and screw fixation of the lower tibiofibular surgical treatment has a good application value,which can shorten the healing time of the fracture,and also improve the efficacy of treatment,and also has a positive effect on the recovery of the ankle joint function.
