摘要
目的观察小青龙汤辨证疗法在治疗慢性气管炎急性发作患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月烟台市牟平区中医医院收治的80例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者为研究对象,依照随机数表法分为两组,对照组40例使用常规治疗,观察组40例增加使用小青龙辨证疗法,对两组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率进行比较与分析。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论借助小青龙辨证疗法治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作患者效果显著,不仅可以使患者临床疗效得到明显提升,同时还会缩短其各种临床症状消失时间,且用药安全性良好。
Objective To observe the application effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction dialectical therapy in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods The subjects of the study were patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis admitted to Muping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022,totaling 80 cases,which were divided into two groups according to the method of randomized numerical table.In the control group,40 cases were treated with conventional therapy,and in the observation group,40 cases were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction dialectical therapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Symptom disappearance time of in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction dialectical therapy on acute attack of chronic bronchitis is significant,which can not only sig-nificantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,but also shorten the disappearance time of various clinical symp-toms,the safety of this method of medication is good.
