摘要
目的探讨分析老年2型糖尿病患者治疗期间应用胰岛素和西格列汀的临床价值。方法采取回顾性分析法对2021年1月—2022年12月福建省立医院收治的82例2型糖尿病患者展开对照研究,按照用药方式不同将其划分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41),前者应用西格列汀单药治疗,后者联合应用胰岛素和西格列汀,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛素功能以不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖水平以及胰岛素功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛素分泌指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者治疗期间联合应用胰岛素和西格列汀具有显著效果,对于调控血糖水平以及改善胰岛素功能具有积极作用,治疗效果以及安全性较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of the application of Insulin and Sitagliptin during the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods By retrospective analysis,82 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for a control study.According to different medication methods,they were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The former was treated with sitagliptin monotherapy,while the latter was treated with insulin combined with si-tagliptin.The clinical therapeutic effect blood glucose level,insulin function,and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level and insulin function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in observation group were lower than those in control group,and insulin secretion index was higher than that in control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined application of insulin and sitagliptin during the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a significant effect on the regula-tion of blood glucose levels and improve the function of insulin,the therapeutic efficacy and safety is high.
