摘要
目的探讨多形式母乳喂养指导在初产妇产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月兰陵县人民医院产科门诊接收的110例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组各55例。对照组给予产后优质护理,试验组在对照组基础上进行多形式母乳喂养指导,比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,试验组产妇的开奶时间缩短,新生儿母乳喂养率更高,人工喂养率更低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,且试验组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿3月龄时的头围、身长、体重均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产科门诊优质护理工作中,对初产妇进行多形式母乳喂养指导可提高母乳喂养率,改善产妇的心理状态,促进新生儿生长发育。
Objective To explore the application effect of multimodal breast feeding guidance in postpartum care of primipara.Methods A total of 110 primiparas in the Obstetric Clinic of Lanling County People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received the high quality postpartum care,and the experimental group received the multimodal breast feeding guidance on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had shorter lactation time,higher neonatal breast feeding rate,and lower artificial feeding rate than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale of the two groups decreased,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The head circumference,body length and body weight of newborns group at 3 months of age in the experimental were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the high quality nursing work of obstetric clinics,providing multimodal breast feeding guidance for primipara can increase the breast feeding rate,improve the psychological state of primipara,promote the growth and development of newborns.
