摘要
目的探讨针灸配合自拟小儿益智膏治疗精神发育迟滞的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月梅州市第二中医医院儿童康复科接诊的40例精神发育迟滞患儿作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用小儿智力糖浆治疗,观察组采用针灸配合自拟小儿益智膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组脑瘫粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)评分、Gesell发育量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GMFM评分、Gesell发育量表评分均升高,其中观察组GMFM评分、Gesell发育量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合自拟小儿益智膏治疗精神发育迟滞效果显著,能改善患儿的发育情况,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with self-made Xiao’er Yizhi Ointment in the treatment of mental retardation.Methods A total of 40 children with mental retardation in the Department of Children’s Rehabilitation,Meizhou Second Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)by odd and even number method.The control group was treated with Xiao’er Zhili Syrup,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with self-made Xiao’er Yizhi Ointment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of gross motor function measure(GMFM)and Gesell developmental schedule between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of GMFM and Gesell developmental schedule in both groups increased,and the scores of GMFM and Gesell developmental schedule in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with self-made Xiao’er Yizhi Ointment treating mental retardation has remarkable effect,which can improve the development of children and is worth promoting.
