摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇联合化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年4月威海市中心医院收治的80例晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组采用常规化疗,研究组采用紫杉醇联合化疗治疗,比较两组治疗效果、肿瘤血管形成相关指标及血清肿瘤标志物。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,肿瘤血管形成相关指标水平、血清肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌可以提高治疗总有效率,降低肿瘤血管形成相关指标水平及肿瘤标志物水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Paclitaxel combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in Weihai Central Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with Paclitaxel combined with chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,tumor angiogenesis related indexes and serum tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of tumor angiogenesis related indexes and serum tumor markers were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer can improve the total effective rate and reduce the levels of tumor angiogenesis related indexes and tumor markers.
