摘要
随着生物技术的发展,生物资源共享与知识产权保护成为种业发展中的关键议题。本研究旨在探索这两者如何影响农民的种植行为。通过深入分析,本研究发现生物资源共享能为农民提供更广泛的种子资源,从而增加产量和优化农作物特性,而知识产权保护则为研发者提供了独家利用其成果的权利,促进农业创新。然而,在实际操作中,如何平衡这两者,确保农民的利益和鼓励创新仍是一个挑战。本研究进一步提出了政策建议和实地应用方案,为农业政策制定者和执行者提供参考。
With the advancement of biotechnology,the sharing of biological resources and the protection of intellectual property have become pivotal topics in the development of the seed industry.This study aims to investigate how these factors influence the planting behaviors of farmers.Through in-depth analysis,this research found that sharing biological resources offers farmers a broader range of seed resources,leading to increased yields and optimized crop characteristics.Meanwhile,intellectual property protection grants developers exclusive rights to benefit from their innovations,promoting agricultural innovation.However,striking a balance between these two in actual practice to ensure the interests of farmers while encouraging innovation remains a challenge.This research further proposes policy recommendations and practical application strategies,providing insights for agricultural policymakers and implementers.
