摘要
为了揭示水分胁迫对不同植物生理特性的影响,研究4种木本园林植物在不同水分胁迫条件下,植株形态、光合气体交换、叶绿素荧光等参数变化,并通过形态评分、主成分分析对它们的耐旱性进行评价。本研究以‘重瓣’榆叶梅(Amygdalus triloba f.multiplex)、紫藤(Wisteria sinensis)、中华金叶榆(Ulmus pumila’Jinye’)和‘绚丽’海棠(Malus’Radiant’)二年生盆栽幼苗为试验材料,通过欠量灌溉法对其进行5个不同灌溉量、4个周期的水分胁迫,观测不同灌溉条件下各植物形态、光合和荧光等指标变化,并观察恢复灌溉1个月后植株生长状况。结果显示,水分胁迫后4种植物叶片出现不同程度的萎蔫、焦边及落叶的情况;叶片含水率、叶面积均随灌水量的减少及灌溉周期的增加而显著降低;净光合速率(A)显著下降并伴随着蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用率(WUE)的下降;最大光合效率(Fv/Fm)变化不显著、光合性能指数(PIABS)随水分胁迫的加重而逐渐降低。通过对不同植物评价结果的综合比较和分析发现,4种木本园林植物中,中华金叶榆的耐旱性最强,‘重瓣’榆叶梅最弱。本研究旨在为园林植物造景及养护管理提供参考。
In order to reveal the impact of water stress on the physiological characteristics of different plants,the changes in plant morphology,photosynthetic gas exchange,chlorophyll fluorescence and other parameters of four woody garden plants under different water stress conditions were studied.Their drought resistance was evaluated through morphological scoring and principal component analysis.This study used biennial potted seedlings of Amygdalus triloba f.multiplex.,Wisteria sinensis,Ulmus pumila 'Jinye',and Malus 'Radiant' as experimental materials.Water stress was applied to them under 5 different irrigation amounts and 4 periods using underirrigation method,and changes in plant morphology,photosynthesis,and fluorescence were observed under different irrigation conditions were observed,as well as the growth status of the plants after one month of resuming irrigation.The results showed that the leaves of four plants showed varying degrees of wilting,scorched edges,and defoliation after water stress;the leaf moisture content and leaf area significantly decrease with the decrease of irrigation amount and the increase of irrigation period;the net photosynthetic rate(A) significantly decreased,accompanied by a decrease in evaprotranspiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(Gs),and water use efficiency(WUE);the maximum photosynthetic efficiency(Fv/Fm) did not show significant changes,and the photosynthetic performance index(PIABS) gradually decreased with the aggravation of water stress.Through comprehensive comparison and analysis of the evaluation results of different plants,it was found that among the four woody garden plants,the Ulmus pumila 'Jinye' has the strongest drought resistance,while the Amygdalus triloba f.multiplex.is the weakest.This study aims to provide reference for landscaping and maintenance management of garden plants.
