摘要
目的:分析穴位贴敷联合艾灸对异位妊娠术后患者胃肠症状及功能的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月于新沂市中医医院行手术治疗的70例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶数法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合艾灸。比较两组胃肠症状评分、胃动力激素水平、胃肠收缩力指标及胃肠功能恢复时间。结果:护理后,两组恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组一氧化氮水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,两组胃动素、胃泌素水平均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:穴位贴敷联合艾灸应用于异位妊娠术后患者,可有效改善其临床症状、胃动力激素水平及胃肠收缩力,促进胃肠功能恢复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on gastrointestinal symptoms and function of patients after ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent surgical treatment in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinewere selected as the study objects from June 2021 to December 2022,and divided into two groups according to odd-even method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the basis of control group.Gastrointestinal symptom score,gastric motility hormone level,gastrointestinal contractile force index and gastrointestinal function recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension and abdominal pain were reduced in both groups,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of No were reduced in both groups,the study group was lower than the control group,the levels of motilin and gastrin were increased in both groups,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and amplitude of gastric antrum contraction were increased in both groups,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and first postoperative defecation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with moxibustion can effectively improve clinical symptoms,gastric motility hormone levels and gastrointestinal contractility,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after ectopic pregnancy.
