摘要
针对电子废弃物协同冶炼烟尘特性,提出了“碱浸—除氟—蒸发—喷雾干燥”资源化处理工艺,考察了苛性碱加入量、温度、浸出时间对溴浸出率的影响以及结晶方法对溴盐品位的影响。结果表明:低碱浸出脱溴最佳工艺条件为温度40℃、苛性碱用量20 kg/100 kg烟尘、液固比(L/S)3.0、浸出时间2 h、浸出料浆中通入空气。在此条件下,溴的浸出率大于85%,所得浸出液中溴化钠浓度在70 g/L左右。经分步结晶可得到品位50%以上的溴盐产品,达到外售要求,实现副产品价值。
According to the characteristics of e-waste collaborative smelting soot,the resource treatment process of "alkali leaching-fluoride removal-evaporation-spray drying" was proposed,and the effects of caustic addition amount,temperature and leaching time on bromine leaching rate and the influence of crystallization method on bromine salt grade were investigated.The results showed that the best process conditions for low alkali leaching debromination are:temperature 40 ℃,caustic alkali dosage 20 kg/100 kg soot,liquid-solid ratio(L/S) 3.0,leaching time 2 h,and air introduced into the leaching slurry.Under these conditions,the leaching rate of bromine is greater than 85%,and the concentration of sodium bromide in the obtained leachate is about 70 g/L.After step-by-step crystallization,more than50% of the bromine salt product can be obtained,which meets the requirements for external sales and realizes the value of by-products.
