摘要
目的:探讨壮医药线点灸联合莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型老年功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的60例老年功能性消化不良患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后对照组腹胀、腹痛、烦躁易怒等中医证候积分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与观察组的临床总有效率分别为76.67%、96.67%,对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性消化不良具有安全、高效、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of zhuang medicine line moxibustion combined with mosapride in treating functional dyspepsia with liver and gastric incompatibility.Methods Sixty elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome such as abdominal distension,abdominal pain,irritability and irritability in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 76.67%and 96.67%,respectively,and the control group was lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly functional dyspepsia has the advantages of safety,high efficiency and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
