行业特色型高校大型仪器设备开放共享路径研究——以南京邮电大学为例

摘要 行业特色型高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,利用行业特色优势与办学过程的深度融合,具有较强的竞争优势,在推动行业进步、提升行业创新能力方面发挥了重要作用。大型仪器设备是行业特色型高等学校开展教学和科研活动的物质基础和重要支撑条件,因此,探索行业特色型高校大型仪器设备开放共享路径具有重要的现实意义。文章以南京邮电大学为研究对象,通过大型仪器设备开放共享管理体系的探索和实践,为行业特色型高校提升大型仪器设备开放共享服务水平、提升高校服务社会和科技创新的能力和水平提供了有力支撑。 Industry-specific colleges and universities are an important part of my country's higher education system.Taking advantage of the industry's unique advantages and the deep integration of the school-running process,they have strong competitive advantages and play an important role in promoting industry progress and enhancing industry innovation capabilities.Large-scale instruments and equipment are the material basis and important supporting conditions for teaching and scientific research activities in industry-specific colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the open and sharing path of large-scale instruments and equipment in industry-specific colleges and universities.This article takes Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the research object,and through the exploration and practice of the open and shared management system of large-scale instruments and equipment,provides a powerful tool for universities with industry characteristics to improve the level of open and shared services for large-scale instruments and equipment,and to improve the ability and level of universities to serve the society and scientific and technological innovation.
