社会工作本科教育中的双重困境及课程体系改革探究——基于角色塑造的分析视角

摘要 从社会工作专业本科教育中面对的能力培养困境、就业对口选择困境的双重困境出发,从角色塑造的视角解释了双重困境产生的原因,并将双重困境的解决转化为消解专业角色塑造的阻碍问题。明确将角色塑造分为价值观塑造、专业思维塑造和专业能力塑造三个方面,具体探讨了三方面塑造的阻碍问题。将课程体系改革视为解决双重困境的应对方式,从消解角色塑造阻碍需求的角度,从结构、内容、特色化三个方面提出了社会工作专业课程体系改革的具体思路。 This paper starts from the double dilemma of ability cultivation and employment choice faced by undergraduate education of social work major,and uses the role building as a perspective to explain the causes of the double dilemma,and transforms the solution of the double dilemma into the removal of obstacles in the professional role shaping.Role shaping is clearly divided into three aspects:value shaping,professional thinking shaping and professional ability shaping,and they are discussed concretely.The reform of curriculum system is regarded as a way to solve the double dilemma.From the perspective of eliminating the needs of role shaping obstacles,the ideas of curriculum system reform of social work major are put forward from three aspects of structure,content and characteristics.
