摘要
十八大以来,习近平总书记非常重视数字中国建设,其从理论和实践方面提出了一系列新理念、新战略,旨在把数字中国建设成果惠及民生福祉。习近平总书记指出,推进数字技术与经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设“五位一体”深度融合,做强数字经济,发展数字政务,打造数字文化,建立数字社会,努力构建数字生态文明。他从生产方式、治理能力、生活方式、文化繁荣、数字生态等方面系统论述了数字中国建设的内在逻辑、价值立场和现实指向。习近平总书记关于数字中国建设的重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,其对于全面推进以人民为中心的中国式现代化建设有着重大意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of Digital China and has put forward a series of new theories,new concepts and new strategies,from both theoretical and practical aspects,aiming to bring the fruits of digital construction to the benefit of people’s livelihood.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that we should promote the deep integration of digital technology with the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilization construction,strengthen the digital economy,develop digital government,build digital culture,build a digital society,and strive to build a digital ecological civilization.General Secretary Xi Jinping has systematically discussed the internal logic,value position and realistic direction of the construction of digital China from the aspects of production mode,governance capacity,lifestyle,cultural prosperity and digital ecology.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of Digital China is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,which is essential for comprehensively promoting Chinese modernization which are people-centred.
