摘要
污水中悬浮物众多,包括泥沙、黏土、微生物、有机物、重金属颗粒等,不同悬浮物含量的污水污染所采取的污水治理措施各不相同,实际污染治理需结合水中悬浮物测定采取有针对性的污水处理措施,因此,对于选择污水治理措施而言,水中悬浮物测定的准确性极为重要。但实际测定中,工作人员常遇进水抽滤困难、悬浮物测定出现负值的现象。为提高水中悬浮物测定精度,本文基于国标测试方法,即重量法,从该方法全流程入手,进行探讨,以试验的形式提出提高水中悬浮物测定精度的策略,以此为相关检测人员提供质控实践措施。
There are many suspended solids in sewage,including sediment,clay,microorganisms,organic matter,heavy metal particles,etc.The sewage treatment measures taken for different suspended solids content of sewage pollution are different.In actual pollution treatment,targeted sewage treatment measures need to be taken in conjunction with the measurement of suspended solids in water.Therefore,the accuracy of the measurement of suspended solids in water is extremely important for selecting sewage treatment measures.However,in actual measurements,workers often encounter difficulties in suction filtration of influent water and negative values in the measurement of suspended solids.In order to improve the accuracy of measuring suspended solids in water,this article is based on the national standard testing method,namely the gravimetric method.Starting from the entire process of this method,this paper explores and proposes strategies to improve the accuracy of measuring suspended solids in water through experiments,in order to provide quality control practical measures for relevant testing personnel.
